I have worked for TalkTalk (part of the Carphone Warehouse Group plc) both directly and via their previous agencies CHI and Blast Radius.
My most recent work was creating copy for their fibre optic pre-launch pages, along with an introduction and FAQ. Users enter their details into the Fibre Optic checker and find out whether they can get fibre optic service and what speed they will achieve. Others might have it available later or not at all.
Due to the complexity of this service, there isn't a full pdf overview of this work.
My previous work with CHI and Blast Radius was launching a revamped version of their website in coordination with their "Brighter" rebranding campaign that also included ATL work and direct mail.
