Accor Services UK is the UK’s leading supplier of incentives and rewards, employee benefits and expense management solutions. They are part of the international Accor Group, which includes Accor Hotels.
I worked on the revamp of their main UK website, which was an involved and complex project due to their huge range of products and services. Further complexity stemmed from the requirement for different user journeys depending on what audience the customer might wish to engage with (employees, partners or customers).
